MATURE SEVERE BOW ECHO AND MCS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP SSEWD ACROSS THE
SOUTH PLAINS AT 30-35KT WITH NEW DEVELOPMENT OVER THE TRANS-PECOS
REGION AS WELL. SEVERAL 50-55 KT GUSTS WERE OBSERVED EARLIER ON THE
WEST-TX MESONET AS THE ARC OF DEEP CONVECTION PASSED THROUGH. THE
LEADING EDGE OF THE INTENSE CONVECTIVE OUTFLOW WILL CONTINUE TO
IMPINGE UPON VERY UNSTABLE AIRMASS IN PLACE ALONG A MAF-SJT-MWL LINE
THROUGH 0900 UTC WITH DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND LARGE HAIL THREAT
