* AT 745 PM CDT...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EL DORADO.  DOPPLER RADAR
  ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN ONE AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  BETWEEN 700 PM AND 745 PM.  ANOTHER ONE OR TWO INCHES OF RAIN
  IS POSSIBLE...SINCE THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING VERY SLOWLY
  TO THE NORTH.
