THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DURHAM COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 1115 PM EDT

* AT 942 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED     
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE CITY OF DURHAM...
  NORTH TO THE PERSON COUNTY LINE. 

* THUNDERSTORMS WERE REDEVELOPING TO THE WEST AND WILL 
  AFFECT MUCH OF DURHAM COUNTY. 

RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL RATES WITH THESE STORMS WERE IN 
EXCESS OF 2.5 INCHES PER HOUR. STREET FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN
REPORTED IN THE CITY OF DURHAM. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS
WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
