* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN ONEIDA COUNTY IN IDAHO

* UNTIL 700 PM MDT

* AT 456 PM MDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD 8
  MILES WEST OF HOLBROOK...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH OF SNOWVILLE...
  MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  HOLBROOK AT 515 PM MDT

WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED WATER CROSSING INTERSTATE 84 FROM JUNIPER 
TO STONE.  FIELDS ARE BADLY ERODED DUE TO FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING 
DUE TO HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY EVENING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
