* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN POWER COUNTY IN IDAHO

* UNTIL 600 PM MDT

* AT 356 PM MDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  7 MILES NORTHEAST OF ROY...OR ABOUT 16 MILES NORTHWEST OF BUIST...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  CRYSTAL AT 440 PM MDT

RADAR ESTIMATES OF 1.5 INCHES PER HOUR WERE RECORDED OVER CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN POWER COUNTY BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM.  WEATHER SPOTTERS NEAR
