THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CECIL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND
  CHESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT.

OPERATIONS AT OCTORARO RESERVOIR ON OCTORARO CREEK IN SOUTHERN 
CHESTER AND LANCASTER COUNTIES ARE RESULTING IN AN INCREASED OUTFLOW 
OF WATER FROM THE RESERVOIR. WATER IS EXPECTED TO EXCEED THE BANKS 
OF THE CREEK DOWNSTREAM FROM THE RESERVOIR AS A RESULT OF THESE 
OPERATIONS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS THEREFORE BEEN ISSUED FOR 
CECIL COUNTY AND CHESTER COUNTY.
