CHESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 300 PM EDT. * AT 845 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND GROUND REPORTS INDICATED THAT UP TO SIX INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF THE COUNTY. RECORD FLOODING IS BEING REPORTED ALONG THE RED CLAY CREEK IN KENNETH SQUARE. THIS IS A DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. BY NO MEANS IS ANYONE TO DRIVE AROUND BARRICADES AND IF YOU SEE FLOOD WATERS APPROACHING YOU...HEAD FOR HIGHER GROUNDS IMMEDIATELY.
