THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1245 AM CDT

* AT 1219 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATE THE 
DEVELOPMENT OF ANOTHER VIOLENT TORNADO. THE DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS 
LOCATED 4 MILES WEST OF STROUD...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE STROUD

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. IF YOU
