  RICHMOND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT

* AT 626 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
A THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER STATEN ISLAND...MOVING 
SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
