THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN UPTON NY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BRONX COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK
  NEW YORK COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 547 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN BERGEN COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY...AND WAS 
MOVING EAST AT AROUND 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE OVER...           
  ALL OF MANHATTAN AROUND 600 PM
  ALL OF THE BRONX AROUND 605 PM

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
