HOWEVER, A LARGE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY IS INDICATED ON NQA RADAR OVER WEST TENNESSEE AND NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI. SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THE UPPER TROUGH IS LOCATED FROM SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TO CENTRAL OKLAHOMA MOVING EAST AT 30-35 KT. SELS SLIGHT CHANCE SEVERE LOOKS RIGHT ON TARGET. MORNING SOUNDING VERY UNSTABLE WITH LIFTED INDEX AT -5.2, TOTALS AT 47 AND K INDEX AT 35.
