* AT 349 PM EDT...SPOTTERS REPORTED A LARGE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 11 
  MILES WEST OF ROSEDALE...OR 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF WARTBURG.  A 
  POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM IN MORGAN COUNTY.

  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
