  MONROE COUNTY IN EAST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 615 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR CITICO 
  BEACH...  OR 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MARYVILLE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  20 MPH.  THIS STORM AND ITS POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL REMAIN VERY 
  CLOSE TO THE BLOUNT COUNTY LINE.
