* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MADISON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT.

* AT 214 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN    
  MERCER AND SPRING CREEK. BETWEEN THREE AND FOUR INCHES HAS FALLEN  
  SINCE 120 PM. AN ADDITIONAL TWO TO THREE INCHES IS LIKELY THROUGH  
  4 PM.

* CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 430 PM CDT INCLUDE...
  SPRING CREEK...MERCER...JACKSON...FAIRVIEW...BEMIS...ADAIR

.EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...PONDING OF WATER ON HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
