* AT 159 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN    
  BRADFORD AND GIBSON. BETWEEN THREE AND FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS     
  FALLEN SINCE 1 PM AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES IS LIKELY.
