* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HAYWOOD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 315 PM CDT.

* AT 115 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN         
  BROWNSVILLE. THREE TO FOUR INCHES HAS FALLEN SINCE 1215 PM AND AN  
  ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES IS LIKELY.

* CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 315 PM CDT INCLUDE...
  HOLLY GROVE...HILLVILLE...BROWNSVILLE...BELLE EAGLE

.EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...PONDING OF WATER ON HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
