BE EXPECTED GENERALLY WEST OF THE PECOS RIVER...AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ELSEWHERE.  DAMAGING WINDS ARE EXPECTED WITH SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS THAT DO DEVELOP.  IN ADDITION...FREQUENT LIGHTNING
AND LOCALLY EXCESSIVE RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED FROM STORMS THAT
