  NORTHERN BREWSTER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 130 AM CDT

* AT 1036 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING IN A THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES NORTH OF 
  ALTUDA...OR ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF ALPINE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  15 MPH. BASED ON RADAR ESTIMATES... MORE THAN 3 INCHES OF RAIN
  LIKELY OCCURRED THIS EVENING NORTHEAST OF ALPINE ON HIGHWAY 67.
  HEAVY RAIN WAS ALSO OCCURRING IN A SEVERE STORM SOUTH OF ALPINE.

...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR NORTHERN BREWSTER COUNTY UNTIL
130 AM CDT...

AT 1205 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO 
DETECT AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM 22 MILES EAST OF MARATHON 
TO 15 MILES NORTH OF PERSIMMON GAP. THE STORMS PRODUCING HEAVY 
RAINFALL WERE MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES 
OF ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES PER HOUR WITH THESE STORMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE
FLOOD DANGERS. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS.
