  MIDLAND COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 239 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN MIDLAND
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 21 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GARDEN CITY.  THE AREA OF
  HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL QUICKLY INUNDATE ROADS AND FARM AND RANCH
