EASTERN PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA.

AGAIN TODAY...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
AFFECT THE AREA. THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BECOME VERY UNSTABLE THIS
AFTERNOON...AND WITH VERY STRONG WINDS ALOFT...SOME OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE SEVERE.

ISOLATED SEVERE WEATHER IS POSSIBLE OVER THE ENTIRE AREA TODAY.
STRONG DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY RISK FROM SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS TODAY...BUT LARGE HAIL IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

THE MOST LIKELY TIME FOR SEVERE WEATHER TODAY WILL BE BETWEEN 1 PM

THIS LINE OF STORMS IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH. THESE STORMS ARE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH. THE COMMUNITIES OF
FROSTBURG...LONACONING...WESTERNPORT...FORT ASHBY AND PIEDMONT AND
