AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC REGION LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY. THIS WILL PRODUCE PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
