THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST LOUIS HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN BROWN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 814 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION NEAR MOUND STATION. THE 
  STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO 
  5 MILES WEST OF MT STERLING AT 805 PM.
