* AT 734 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF 
  MOUND STATION. A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 3 MILES NORTH OF LIBERTY AT 
  734 PM. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
