* AT 743 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION NEAR CLAYTON. THE STORM
  WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF
  PRODUCING TORNADOES AND MAY PRODUCE ADDITIONAL TORNADOES AT ANY
