* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HARRISON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  NORTHERN NICHOLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  NORTHERN SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1045 PM EDT

* AT 747 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 7 MILES WEST OF SADIEVILLE...OR ABOUT 26 MILES NORTHWEST OF   
  LEXINGTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. ONE TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN    
  HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE AREA AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES OF     
  RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING. 

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE CARLISLE AND CYNTHIANA

VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
