THROUGH 1030 PM...APPROACHING STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL SPREAD NORTH
WINDS GUSTING NEAR 40 MPH ACROSS BLADEN COUNTY.  THE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL ENTER NORTHERN BLADEN COUNTY...WHERE HEAVY DOWNPOURS...HAIL...
AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED.
