RUSSELLVILLE...TO NEAR ELKMONT. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EASTWARD AT
AROUND 10 MPH...AND WERE MOVING OVER AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED
RAINFALL EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY IN EASTERN COLBERT
COUNTY....EASTERN LAUDERDALE COUNTIES...AND WESTERN LIMESTONE
COUNTY. LOCATIONS SUCH AS...ELKMONT...MOUNT ROZELL...AND ROGERSVILLE
