THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  EDWARDS
  VAL VERDE
  REAL
  UVALDE
  KINNEY
  MAVERICK

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 724 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OCCURRING OVER THESE COUNTIES. THIS RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL
  HOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE AVERAGING AROUND ONE HALF TO ONE INCH
  INCH AN HOUR WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM IS FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND 
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND COUNTRY ROADS. SEVERAL ROADS
HAVE BEEN REPORTED CLOSED.
