THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KERR

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 533 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OCCURRING OVER THE COUNTY. THIS RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL
  HOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE AVERAGING AROUND ONE HALF TO ONE INCH
  AN HOUR WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND COUNTRY ROADS.
