THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
  KINNEY

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 425 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OCCURRING OVER THE COUNTY. THIS RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL
  HOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE AVERAGING AROUND ONE HALF TO ONE INCH
  AN HOUR WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE. 
  THE FOLLOWING ROADS HAVE BEEN REPORTED CLOSED...SECTIONS OF COUNTY
