COOPER COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 415 PM CDT * AT 309 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.
