* AT 259 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR SEDALIA...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. LARGE HAIL
  AND DESTRUCTIVE THUNDERSTORM WINDS ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
