  MILES SOUTH OF FOWLER...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTHWEST OF ENGLEWOOD...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. ANOTHER AREA OF STRONG ROTATION AND 
  POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS LOCATED ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF MEADE STATE
