* AT 932 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  RAPIDLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 5
  MILES SOUTH OF MISSLER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
