* AT 144 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF MONTEZUMA. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH.
