WITH AN INCREASINGLY UNSTABLE AIRMASS ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHERN NEW
YORK AND CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN VERMONT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL DEVELOP. GIVEN...THE MID AND UPPER LEVEL WIND PROFILE AND
