SURFACE LOW IN NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA PROVIDING SURFACE
CONVERGENCE. H500 VORT ENERGY ALSO MOVING INTO THE STATE IN THE
SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT. PUT POPS TODAY ONLY IN SOUTH CENTRAL AND
