* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MOORE COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DUMAS

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 922 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 11 MILES  NORTH OF DUMAS TO 15 MILES SOUTH    
  OF DUMAS. INDIVIDUAL STORM CELLS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST AT 
  20 MPH ACROSS MOORE COUNTY. WATER WILL RISE QUICKLY IN AND 
  AROUND DUMAS.

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE FLOOD

INDICATE FLOODING RAINS FROM 2 MILES WEST OF SUNRAY TO 6 MILES 
SOUTHEAST OF FOUR WAY. ALTHOUGH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS COME TO
AN END...FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL 
CONTINUE. 

AT 1025 PM CDT...THE MOORE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE
REPORTED THAT HIGHWAY 152 WAS STILL COVERED WITH WATER.

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.

MOTORISTS WILL ENCOUNTER RAPIDLY RISING WATER AT UNDERPASSES...
