A STATIONARY BOUNDARY OVER NEBRASKA WILL SLOWLY RETREAT TO THE
NORTH...APPROACHING THE PIERRE AREA TOWARD EVENING. AN UPPER LEVEL
LOW WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION ABOUT THE SAME TIME...SETTING THE
STAGE FOR THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT...SOME OF WHICH MAY BECOME
SEVERE. THE PRIMARY AREA OF CONCERN WILL BE OVER COUNTIES ALONG THE
MISSOURI RIVER.
