WARM AND MOSTLY DRY CONDS DAYS 5-7.  EVEN THOUGH LONGER RANGE
GUIDANCE SUGGESTS A FEW WAVES MAY BUST THROUGH RIDGE...EXPECT RIDGE
WILL BE TOO STRONG FOR MUCH TO HAPPEN.
