    THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...TUCSON...ORO VALLEY

* UNTIL 745 PM MST

* AT 450 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN NEAR THE CATALINA FOOTHILLS. A STORM SPOTTER REPORTED 1.50
  INCHES OF RAIN IN 20 MINUTES IN EXTREME NORTH TUCSON.

STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD QUICKLY. DO
