ATMOSPHERE TO BECOME MODERATELY UNSTABLE ACROSS EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS ALLOWING WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS TO
DEVELOP.  ALTHOUGH ENOUGH INSTABILITY WILL EXIST FOR ONE OR TWO
STORMS TO APPROACH SEVERE LIMITS...ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
ANTICIPATED.  ANY STORMS THAT DO FORM SHOULD DISSIPATE BY SUNSET.
