* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SHAWNEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 1103 AM CDT...NUMEROUS REPORTS OF STREET FLOODING HAVE BEEN 
RECEIVED AND RADAR INDICATES OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 
10 AM.  MORE HEAVY RAINFALL IS ON THE WAY.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...
  AUBURN
  TOPEKA

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER
MAY BE VERY DEEP. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
