DECENT CAPES AND LIS DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE SOUTHWEST WHERE
THE NEXT ROUND SHOULD BEGIN FIRING UP EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
ELEVATED CAPES AND FAVORABLE SHEAR PROFILES OVER THE PLAINS SHOULD
ALLOW STORMS OVER THE SOUTHWEST TO MAINTAIN STRENGTH AND
