  CALLAHAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 240 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 17 MILES WEST OF CROSS PLAINS...MOVING EAST AT  
  30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
   CROSS PLAINS AT 310 AM CDT
