* AT 856 PM CDT...SKYWARN STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO OVER     
  EAST CENTRAL CONCHO COUNTY...ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF MILLERSVIEW.   
  THIS TORNADO AND ITS PARENT THUNDERSTORM WERE MOVING EAST AT 20    
  MPH. 

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
