* AT 1253 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION OVER NOLAN...OR ABOUT 14 MILES   
  NORTH OF BLACKWELL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. HAIL UP TO THE    
  SIZE OF BASEBALLS IS ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
