* AT 525 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 11 MILES WEST OF       
  HEXT...OR ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF MENARD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
