* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  THROCKMORTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 403 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 6 MILES NORTH OF THROCKMORTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...           
  NORTHERN AND CENTRAL THROCKMORTON COUNTY 

* RAINFALL TOTALING 2 TO 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER CENTRAL AND        
  NORTHERN THROCKMORTON COUNTY...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO 3    
  INCHES EXPECTED THROUGH 530 PM CDT.
