* AT 953 PM CDT...AMATEUR RADIO WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLOODING 
  4 MILES IN AND AROUND WINTERS...WITH STREET FLOODING OCCURING.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
